Deep dive into a variety of different DevOps scenarios and helping in problem-solving and solution implementation.

Working with your team and TTL to deliver the best solution for our clients and keep growing as a strong professional. You are starting to participate in the implementation of integration solution components according to project requirements. You are going to install, configure and automate system and application software. You will automate source code build and deploy, automate execution and report of quality assurance tests like functional, performance, regression, etc.

Your progress has brought you to this level where you actively participate in the implementation of integration solution components and the identification of potential improvements. You are encouraged to participate in the delivery of proposals for technical strategies, architecture and solutions that meet overall business requirements. You would be able to supervise and help more junior colleagues.

You now hold a key role in developing and recommending technical strategies, architecture and solutions. You are working on the design, building and maintaining a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across production, QA, and development environments throughout the development lifecycle. You are empowered and the main person to lead and mentor younger DevOps colleagues.

You are the key player in the design and implementation of CI/CD processes for custom developed applications on-premises and in public clouds. You have deep knowledge and understanding of maintaining centralized configuration management of operating systems and deployed applications using different tools. You have an active role in all technical meetings. The very strong technical competence enables you to implement and maintain centralized logging and metric monitoring solutions.

You are leading and making decisions in the design and implementation of CI/CD processes for custom developed applications on-premises and in public clouds. You have an active and leading role in communication with all team members and stakeholders and have an active role in all meetings. You proactively find process optimization opportunities and lead improvement initiatives. The very strong technical competence enables you to design and provide release cadence across multiple scalable environments. You are going to research, design, develop and document solutions and implement solutions for fault, performance, capacity, and configuration management for various operations and systems.

You are responsible for and leading Continues Delivery of design and architecture. You have an active and leading role in communication with all stakeholders and have an active role in all meetings. You proactively find process optimization opportunities and lead improvement initiatives and projects. You deal with client proposed solutions and constraints. You can create and supervise the required documentation regarding Continuous Delivery design, and technologies. The very strong technical competency enables you to be Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for multiple technology domains. You are responsible for communicating the technical approach with the team.

Your scope of activities is getting broader and new competencies are built. Besides the supreme technical component, at this stage you are actively participating in the company recruitment activities as well as taking active participation in the company pre-sales activities. You are responsible for setting company standards on newly introduced tools and technologies within our company. You provide and share technical know-how and execute design reviews on architectures and designs. You are participating in the large customer steering boards, managing technical escalations, and creating plans and strategies for solving more complex issues.
